How to separate Food Waste?

by / Wednesday, 26 March 2014 / Published in Blog

An ongoing question regarding separating food waste from the trash is not so much WHY do it, it is:

HOW do we do it?

We all know the main contributing factor to odour of garbage and the bins they

sit in is ‘food waste’,  but what role can this culprit play when used as a

RESOURCE?

1) Food waste becomes carbon credits

when composted effectively.

2) By keeping it out of the garbage we save

the air we breath.

3) Significantly reduces carbon emissions

from incineration and landfill.

4) The result, compost.

With an efficient grow environment for

plants or to produce amazing micro greens

for consumption, compost is the new

‘black gold’.
